Its means that for countries which has no oil resources or depend to oil imports will be facing economic recession problem in the future. There are including USA, an industrial country with highest consumption of oil. But at another side, countries with a large oil reserve like Russia or some countries in the Middle East of Asia will be flooded by dollars from selling their oil. And the effect is, more new rich person -or Nouveau Riche on French- comes from those countries.
American businessmen must take this opportunity to make the Nouveau Riche at overseas as a target for their investment. There are many examples of success stories about American investment at overseas, like delivering Wi-fi to coastal resorts in Brazil, creating a social network for millionaires in Russia, and remodeling homes in China.
